1/2 Beef Reservation
Here is your chance to reserve and customize a half cow! We use a state of the art, certified humane facility and charge by the hanging weight, $6.00/lb, which includes ALL of the USDA processing, cutting and wrapping. Meat will be vacuum sealed, labeled and flash frozen. They dry age the beef for 21-28 days (this can reduce the yield slightly but enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat!). Refer to the chart as a reference but please remember some animals yield more or less than what is shown! Typical take home weights can vary between 62-75% of hanging weight (on the rail) depending on cuts (bone in vs boneless) and the animal's genetics.
Price below is a deposit to hold your spot and will be applied to the final price. A cut sheet is due 3 days prior to shipping and is available online or by email request at pondviewfarm18@gmail.com
If a cut sheet is not provided, the beef will be cut into 1.25” bone in steaks, roasts cut to 3-4lbs, stew meat, short ribs and ground beef in 1 lb packages.
We will notify you when the product is ready (approx 4-6 weeks from drop off) and give a 3 day window for pick up and final payment options (Thursday, Friday or Saturday). Any product not picked up will have storage fees of $25 per day unless prior arrangements have been made. After 30 days the deposit will not be refunded and the product will become property of Pond View Farms LLC DBA Pond View Farm.
