  • Beef

    Our Angus and Angus cross cattle are born and raised on our farm, we are proud to raise hormone and antibiotic free products. All cattle are fed pasture/hay, they are finished on hay and grain to provide excellent taste and marbling. Customers appreciate the clean taste and love how the ground beef is not loaded with grease and fat. We sell our whole, halves and quarters by the hanging weight (HW). The retail or take home weight will be approximately 60% of the hanging weight depending on how it is cut (Boneless cuts, not taking organs and/or soup and marrow bones will lower the percentage of the weight of take home cuts).

    Quarter Beef $6.50/lb Hanging weight (150-175lbs)

    50 lb Beef Share (similar to 1/8 Beef) $475

    20-25 lbs of Ground Beef

    5-6 lbs of Premium Steak (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, NY Strip, or Filet)

    8-12 lbs of Roasts (Chuck, Pot Roast, Eye Round, Tip Roast or Brisket)

    12-18 lbs Assorted Cuts (May Include: Short Ribs, Stew beef, Sirloin Cap (Picanha), Stir fry, Tri-tip, Chuck Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Burger Patties & more!)

  • Pork

    Our Berkshire and Berkshire cross pigs produce tasty, succulent pork due to the high marbling and darker color from the Berkshire breed. They are woodland raised so they are never confined and are allowed to root and run around. This is not your typical grocery store pork, taste the difference today! Just like our cattle, we are proud to be antibiotic and hormone free with our pork as well.
